Bonne Nuit is a small bay on the north coast with a stone harbour, a slipway and a pebble and sand beach, enclosed by cliffs that rise steeply on both sides and reached down a road that drops sharply from the ridge above. Fishing boats work from the harbour and a café operates on the pier in season. Le Cheval Guillaume, a rock in the bay, carries a tradition about rowing round it to shed bad luck.
