Island Harbour on Anguilla's northeastern coast is where the island's fishing fleet works from, brightly painted boats drawn up on the sand and moored in the sheltered bay, and the community here has fished for generations with lobster the main catch. The racing boats Anguillians build are made in this area too. A short boat run goes out to Scilly Cay in the middle of the bay.

December to April is the dry season and high season. Landings happen through the day. Hurricane season runs June to November.
