Lovers Beach lies north of Pinney's on the Nevis west coast, reached down an unmarked track that most people drive past, which is why it stays empty when the main beach does not. The sand is pale, the water is calm on this side of the island and there is nothing built on it at all. Nevis Peak rises directly behind and St Kitts sits across the channel to the north. The stretch runs on north toward the golf course, and walking it from the Pinney's end is the simplest way to reach it without hunting for the turning.

December to April is the dry season. The track is rough after rain. Weekends bring a few local visitors.
