Village de la Poterie
A working brickworks of the eighteenth century at Trois-Îlets, now a craft and shopping village.

The Poterie at Trois-Îlets has made bricks and tiles from local clay since the eighteenth century, and the works are still operating in part, with the old kilns, drying sheds and clay pits standing among what has become a village of craft workshops, galleries, shops and restaurants. Pottery is still thrown and fired on site. The mix of working industry and shopping is unusual and gives the place more substance than a craft market.
