PEG Farm and Nature Reserve

PEG Farm in the Barbados interior works on regenerative principles, moving cattle, sheep, pigs and poultry through paddocks in sequence so the grazing rebuilds the soil rather than stripping it, with vegetables and orchard alongside. Tours run through the operation and a farm market and cafe sell what the place produces. It sits on land that grew sugar for centuries. The initials stand for Perfection Estate Garden, after the estate the land was part of.
