Sant Serni de Nagol
A tiny eleventh-century church above Sant Julià, with murals found under plaster.

Sant Serni de Nagol is a single-nave church consecrated in 1055, very small even by Andorran standards, standing on a terrace above the Valira with a view down the valley, and its interest is inside: pre-Romanesque murals on the triumphal arch and around the apse, rediscovered under later plaster and conserved in place. They are among the earliest paintings surviving in the country.
