Petit St. Vincent

Petit St Vincent is the southernmost island of the Vincentian Grenadines, around a hundred and fifteen acres run as a single resort since 1968, with stone cottages spread far enough apart that guests do not see one another and a system of flagpoles outside each: raise the yellow flag for service, the red one to be left alone. There are no telephones or televisions in the cottages. Mopion, a sandbar with a thatched sunshade, sits offshore.

When to go

December to May is the dry season and the high season. The resort closes for part of the year. Hurricane season runs June to November.

Honest expectations

There is no access without staying and rates are among the highest in the Caribbean. The resort closes for months in the low season. Hurricane Beryl in 2024 hit the southern Grenadines hard.
