Tamaris is on the coast strip south of Casablanca towards Dar Bouazza, where the city's weekend beach development runs, and it is a straightforward water park: a set of slides of varying steepness, wave and lazy river pools, a children's area, sun loungers, food outlets and a lot of noise. It is one of the larger such parks in Morocco and it is busy through the summer, which is its entire season - it closes outside roughly June to September and there is no point going otherwise. Its usefulness is the same as the Casablanca beach clubs': the Atlantic here is cold, rough and of variable cleanliness, so the swimming that happens on this coast happens in freshwater pools. Weekends and school holidays are extremely busy and queues for the main slides are long; a weekday in June or September is a different experience entirely.
