The Cetti Bay overlook sits on the coast road in southern Guam, looking down on a bay with no road to it and nothing built on its shore, backed by the red-earth hills that give southern Guam its distinctive look where the savanna has been burned repeatedly and the laterite is exposed. A steep trail runs down to the bay for those who want it. Most people stop at the top.
