Worth knowing before you go
- The dram is the currency; cards are fine in Yerevan but carry cash beyond the capital
- Taxis are cheap through the GG and Yandex apps - agree a price first if hailing on the street
- Tap water is excellent - the pulpulak street fountains are free and drinkable
