Pointe Baptiste Chocolate

Pointe Baptiste is a small operation at Calibishie making chocolate from cocoa grown on the island, roasting, winnowing and conching in a workshop on the estate rather than sending beans away, and the bars are flavoured with local ingredients including sea salt, ginger and coconut. Visitors can watch the process and taste. The estate around it is the same headland as the red rocks, and the family has been there since the 1930s.
