The Cadushy distillery in Rincon makes liqueur from the kadushi cactus that grows across Bonaire's dry interior, harvesting the columns, extracting the juice and distilling it into a clear green spirit that tastes of very little except the island it comes from. The tasting also runs through liqueurs made for each of the six Dutch Caribbean islands. A garden with the cacti growing sits behind the building. The building it works out of is an old Rincon house adapted for the purpose, and the operation is small enough that the still and the bar sit in the same space.
