Onenoa sits at the end of a road that runs north from Tula to the far northeastern corner of Tutuila, a small village with a beach in front of it and steep forested ground behind, and almost nobody comes here. The reef offshore is in reasonable condition and the water is clear. The road is the last one on the island and it stops at the village, with the coast beyond reachable only on foot.

- The forested slopes - the steep ground rising behind the settlement.
- The road end - the last stretch of tarmac on the island.
When to go
May to September is the drier season. Sundays are strictly observed. Cyclone season runs November to April.
Honest expectations
This is a village beach and permission and protocol matter. There are no facilities of any kind. The road is narrow and winding.
