Croatia has very few amusement parks, so this one on the edge of Biograd na Moru carries most of the demand on this stretch of coast. It is compact by international standards, with a couple of coasters, a drop tower, a log flume and a large block of children's rides, plus themed sections built around film and adventure ideas. The practical advantage is the timetable: it opens late and stays open into the night through high summer, which turns it into an evening option after a beach day rather than a competitor for one. Tickets are wristband style, with everything included once you are through the gate.

What you actually see

  • The main coasters - the two largest rides, visible from the coastal road as you approach.
  • The children's section - a dense block of small rides aimed at under tens, the busiest part of the park.
  • The water ride - a log flume that is the most popular thing in the park on a hot afternoon.
  • Evening opening - the park lit at night in high summer, when temperatures finally drop.

When to go

The season runs roughly June to September, with limited opening at the shoulders, so check dates before travelling. Evenings are far better than afternoons: the queues are similar but the heat is survivable. Weekdays are quieter than weekends, when families come down from Zadar and the inland towns.

Honest expectations

It is small, and anyone comparing it with major European parks will find the ride list short for the ticket price. Queues on August evenings are long relative to the number of rides. There is little shade in the daytime and the asphalt gets hot. Food and drink inside are priced accordingly. Height restrictions rule out a lot for younger children.

Nearby

Vrana Lake Nature Park is just inland, and boats to the Kornati islands leave from the town harbour.
